Send a Ministry Worker

Interested in financially sponsoring a ministry worker for a stay at The Crossroads Retreat?

All requests will be reviewed and considered by the Clayton King Ministries team.
Requests are not a guarantee based on other bookings
or ministry use of The Crossroads Retreat.

  • Sponsored Stays are available for full-time or bi-vocational ministry workers. This includes missionaries, student ministry workers, pastors, etc.

  • This form is available to nominate a ministry worker and contribute to their stay

  • The average nightly rate for regular stays at The Crossroads Retreat is $250+/night + $225 cleaning fee

  • Sending a ministry worker for a sponsored stay requires a $75 non-refundable deposit once approved and dates are confirmed. In addition to the deposit, we ask that you designate any additional contribution on this form. Deposit payment can either be paid for by the guests staying or the person nominating.

  • Sponsored Stays are a standard 2-night stay (for up to 6 guests - double occupancy rooms). Additional nights requested will be at the current online booking rates regardless. If you feel like your request is a unique circumstance to this policy, please let us know.

The Crossroads Retreat is a place for retreat, training, and rest through events and overnight stays. The main house and event space are used for a variety of events throughout the year. We look forward to hosting ministry workers in this space!
